The Stories by the Millstream Festival is an exciting literary event sponsored annually by the Friends of Rowan Public Library. The festival was designed to enrich and stimulate the imagination of Rowan County’s 2nd graders by giving them the opportunity to hear a series of local storytellers as well as a nationally renowned feature storyteller in a park setting.
